For Individuals
Beginning with a conversation
We start with an informal half hour chat. You can share what has prompted you to consider coaching and what feels important right now.
Shaping an approach together
From there, we shape a structure that suits you. Sometimes one session is enough; sometimes a short series offers more room to explore.
A first session without pressure
If we decide to continue, your first coaching session is offered as a taster. If it feels right for you, you simply pay for that session and we carry on. If not, there’s no charge — and no expectation to continue.
For Organisations
Understanding what’s needed
Our first conversation focuses on the issue or opportunity you’re working with. You may have a task in mind, or simply a sense that something needs attention.
Shaping an approach together
From this conversation, I’ll suggest an approach that supports your aims and the people involved. We can begin to sketch out what the work might look like.
A proposal you can reflect on
I’ll then send a clear proposal outlining how we might work together. You can take your time to consider it — no pressure, just an invitation to choose what feels right.
Beginning the conversation
The first step is a free, no‑obligation conversation. It’s a chance to explore what you’re hoping to achieve — whether that’s individual coaching, support for your team, or independent facilitation.
This initial chat creates space for us to understand what’s needed and to sense whether working together feels right.
