Facilitation.

Facilitation for meetings and events for organisations in the third and non-profit sector in Mid and West Wales.

Sometimes it's really helpful to have an independent facilitator to run your meeting or event. It means you can relax and take part knowing that you're in the safe hands of someone with those specialist skills. I work with you to understand the purpose of your session and your participants. There are a variety of ways I can work with you to achieve your outcomes.

  • Action Learning Sets

  • Open Space Technology

  • Community of Enquiry

  • Most Significant Change

  • Appreciative Inquiry

If you need more input from me, for team development or work planning then a workshop would be a good choice...

Workshops.

Workshops designed and delivered for organisations in the third and non-profit sector in Mid and West Wales.

In workshops designed to meet your specific needs I help groups develop a shared understanding of their current reality and how they want to move forward. I work with you to understand the issue and the outcome you would like and, using asset-based approaches and creative methods, design and facilitate a bespoke session for you. These workshops are suitable for team development and work review and planning.

My experience in working with groups over two decades supports my belief that if we create the right space and listen attentively enough, there will be clues we can follow to help us tell new stories and to show us the way. By creating a space that allows everyone to engage and participate fully, groups come together and move from confusion to action.

Previous clients include Aberystwyth University, West Wales Action for Mental Health and Mind Aberystwyth.

If your organisation would like to commission workshops, facilitation or coaching, please contact me to discuss your needs.

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for facilitating an excellent annual review day for WWAMH. It was perfect and covered everything we needed. It really helped everyone to get to know each other better and to contribute to the future development of WWAMH. Thank you for enabling us all to have such a fun, engaging and lovely day."
