Organisations

Organisations work best when people have space to think together, listen well, and move toward shared understanding. I offer coaching for charities and third sector organisations and reflective spaces that support clarity, collaboration, and practical action — for teams, leaders, and whole organisations.

Coaching and reflective spaces for organisations

Coaching in the Third Sector – 2026 Report

Insights from people working across Mid and West Wales on what coaching looks like in practice:

  • How it's understood

  • How it's experienced

  • And what gets in the way

If you’re thinking about coaching for your organisation, this report offers a helpful overview.

Coaching gives people time to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening in their work. It helps staff and leaders build confidence, think clearly, and find a way forward. This kind of organisational coaching is especially valuable in the third sector, where people are juggling many roles and competing demands.

I offer:

  • 1:1 coaching for staff, managers, and trustees

  • low‑barrier options shaped by the findings of my recent sector survey

  • short-term or ongoing support depending on need

These conversations help people notice what’s emerging, understand the pressures they’re working within, and move forward with clarity and confidence. For third sector organisations coaching offers a practical way of supporting wellbeing, resilience, and reflective leadership.

1:1 Coaching for Staff, Managers and Trustees

My approach is:

relational — I pay attention to the people, the dynamics, and the relationships that shape the work.

reflective — I create space for people to pause, think, and make sense of what’s happening.

human‑centred — I focus on what people need to feel safe, heard, and able to contribute.

systems‑aware — I look at the wider context: structures, pressures, culture, and the realities of organisational life.

co‑designed where needed — We shape the work together so it fits your organisation and your aims.

realistic — Practical for the realities of third sector work, sensitive to limited time and resources.

How I work

Facilitated Conversations, Reflective Practice and Co‑designed Workshops

Workshops designed and delivered for organisations in the third and non-profit sector in Mid and West Wales.

I help groups:

  • Build shared understanding

  • Explore challenges or opportunities

  • Strengthen relationships and purpose

  • Move from ideas to practical next steps

  • reflect together on the challenges of third sector work

Using creative, participatory methods, I design and facilitate sessions where people can contribute fully, reflect, and learn together. This includes reflective practice sessions, facilitated conversations, and co‑designed workshops designed around your context and aims.

These are spaces where people can listen to each other, notice what’s emerging, and find new ways forward — something I’ve seen again and again over more than twenty years of working with groups.

"I’m not always comfortable in similar type sessions, but yesterday’s group was excellent. Hugely positive and inspiring." Workshop participant

"[The workshop gave us] the opportunity to focus not only on our strengths as individuals and as a team but also a truly positive and exciting vision for the future. I thought the session worked perfectly in drawing us along to think openly and collaboratively about where we want to go." Flu Team Leader

When organisations need a facilitated space — for planning, reflection, or sense‑making — I create sessions that support clarity, collaboration, and practical action.
