Coaching. Facilitation. Workshops.
For the third and non-profit sector in Mid and West Wales
My work brings these together through coaching, group sessions and facilitation for people who are working hard to make a difference.
Many of the individuals and organisations I work with spend their days supporting others in an increasingly complex environment. In the midst of that, it’s easy to lose your own space to reflect, make sense of things, and make decisions that feel grounded and purposeful.
Tiny Horse Coaching and Facilitation creates space to pause and get clear — even when the work is lively, collaborative, and full of ideas. I work across Mid and West Wales, including Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Powys, offering coaching, facilitation, and workshops that open up new perspectives and possibilities.
What you can expect from working together:
A place to think — and feel
Someone walking alongside you
The right balance of support and challenge
A safe space for discovery
Some conversations help us slow down and think; others bring people together to connect, open up new understanding, and create momentum.
How I Can Support You
For Individuals
Coaching offers a quiet, reflective space away from the noise of daily life. A place to untangle what feels unclear, listen to yourself more deeply, and move toward a way of living that feels more like your own.
For Organisations
When groups come together with openness and curiosity, something powerful happens. Good facilitation helps people listen, think together, and see possibilities they couldn’t see alone. I design and hold spaces that support clarity, collaboration, and shared understanding.
About Tiny Horse
I’m Jan — a coach and facilitator with more than twenty years’ experience in public health, mental health, and the third sector.
Over the years, I’ve seen how transformative it can be when people are given time, attention, and a supportive presence. My work is rooted in that belief: that when individuals and teams feel equipped and encouraged, fresh perspectives emerge.
